We built SproutAI because most resumes get ignored.

A great candidate with a weak resume loses to a decent candidate with a sharp one — every single time. That shouldn't be how careers get decided. So we fixed it.

In 2020, our founding team — three senior recruiters with twenty-plus years of combined hiring experience at Google, Microsoft, and Flipkart — reviewed the resumes of friends looking to switch jobs. Brilliant careers were hidden under walls of bullet points that ATS software couldn't parse and hiring managers couldn't skim.

We rewrote a handful of them. Every single person got interviews within weeks. Word spread. Within a year, we were turning down requests faster than we could accept them.
