Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to be delighted with the deliverable they receive. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available.

1. Our satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with the deliverable after all included revisions, we will continue revising at no extra cost until you are satisfied, or, at our discretion, issue a partial refund commensurate with the work already completed.

2. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel within 2 hours of placing an order and before work has started (no draft has been sent), we will refund 100% of the amount paid, less any non-recoverable payment-gateway fees, typically 2–3% of the transaction value.

3. Cancellation after work has started

Once a writer has been assigned and started preparing your draft, refunds are partial and based on stage:

  • Cancelled before first draft is delivered: up to 50% refund
  • Cancelled after first draft is delivered: no refund, but you keep the draft and remaining revisions are forfeited
  • Cancelled after final delivery: not eligible for refund

4. Refunds for technical failures

If a payment is captured but no order can be created on our side because of a technical issue, the full amount is refunded automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-refundable services

Live coaching sessions (mock interviews, career calls) that have been delivered are non-refundable. If a session needs to be rescheduled, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will reschedule once at no charge.

6. Corporate / B2B engagements

B2B engagements are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed with you. Cancellation terms in the SOW supersede this policy for those orders.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address used to place the order. Include:

  • Your order ID or Razorpay payment ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • The date of purchase

We acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day and resolve them within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Please raise concerns with us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of the satisfaction guarantee on future orders.
