Digital delivery only

SproutAI is a digital service. All deliverables — written resumes, LinkedIn rewrites, cover letters, interview-prep notes, and corporate-package outputs — are sent to you electronically. We do not ship any physical goods.

Delivery method

Files are delivered through one of:

• Email to the address registered on your account
• Your dashboard at sproutai.co.in/dashboard after login
• For coaching engagements: live video sessions on Google Meet or Zoom

Standard turnaround times

From the moment you complete the brief / discovery call:

• Resume Writing — first draft within 48 hours
• LinkedIn Optimization — first draft within 48 hours
• Cover Letter — first draft within 24 hours
• Interview Coaching — first session scheduled within 3 business days
• Bulk Resume Creation (B2B) — per agreed Statement of Work, typically 7–14 days
• Hiring Support / Employer Branding (B2B) — per agreed SOW

Rush delivery

A 24-hour rush option is available on select services for an additional fee. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a rush order before purchase.

What we need from you

Turnaround clocks start when we have everything needed: your existing resume (if any), the target role/JD, and your responses to our brief. We will email you within 4 business hours of order confirmation to collect these.

Delays

If we expect a delay, we will let you know in writing with the new estimated delivery date. You may choose to proceed or request a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Service area

We serve customers globally. Because our service is delivered digitally, there are no geographical shipping charges. All prices on our site are inclusive of any applicable Indian taxes.
