By accessing or using the SproutAI website (sproutai.co.in) or any of our services, you ("user", "customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SproutAI is a career-services brand that provides resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter writing, interview coaching, and corporate hiring support. The website is operated from India.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. Corporate customers represent that they are authorised to bind their organisation.
Each product page describes the deliverables, turnaround time, and number of revisions included. We will deliver the agreed output via email or your account dashboard. Specific timelines depend on the product purchased and the timely sharing of inputs by you (your existing resume, role description, etc.).
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking credentials at any point. Once a payment is captured, your order moves into our delivery queue.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your career, work history, education, and target roles. We rely on this information to write resumes and other deliverables. We do not embellish or fabricate facts. If information you provide is later found to be inaccurate, we are not responsible for the consequences.
Once payment is received and the deliverable is finalised, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the output for your personal job search or, in the case of B2B engagements, your internal business purposes. The underlying templates, processes, and our brand remain the property of SproutAI.
You will not use our services to misrepresent yourself or others, to commit fraud, to harass, or to violate any law. Reselling our resume-writing service as your own is prohibited unless you hold a written reseller agreement with us.
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
SproutAI does not guarantee that you will receive an interview or job offer as a result of using our services. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or chargeback completed services without prior communication.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
